Welcome! I'm Kristie, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurveda Practitioner, and a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher. My aim is to assist women in attaining a purposeful life free of discomfort and pain. At Golden Ayurveda & Massage, my holistic wellness approach is tailored to suit each person's individual needs. I blend conventional Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Sound Therapy practices with modern Western Massage techniques to enhance both your physical and mental well-being. I am excited to begin a wellness journey with you! Over the years I have studied a variety of modalities and continue to enjoy learning with many different teachers. Currently, I am studying at Atma Buti, Boulder CO with Suren Shrestha to learn Tibetan Sound Healing.
